Purchase Policy
All books are professionally proofread and quality checked before sale and are primarily purchased through third-party retailers such as Amazon, where their returns policies apply alongside your UK consumer rights. If purchasing directly from this website, you may have the legal right to cancel physical online purchases within 14 days of receiving your item and return it within a further 14 days. Refunds, repairs, or replacements will be offered for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable for change-of-mind purchases once work has begun, but this does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Recycling Policy
Outdated, surplus, or misprinted book copies are either donated to charities, community organisations, or literacy programmes where possible, or responsibly recycled when donation is not suitable. Packaging materials are reused or recyclable where available, and I aim to make environmentally responsible choices when creating and distributing my work. Customers are encouraged to donate, gift, or recycle books responsibly if they are no longer wanted.
